Photography Exhibits Announced at the Botanical Gardens

Buffalo, NY - The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens will host three photography exhibits in their Arcangel Gallery this fall and winter.  Jerome Bianchi’s exhibit, Fruits and Flowers, will be on display October 20 through November 18, the South Towns Camera Club’s exhibit, celebrates Nature in Fall and Winter and will run November 23 through January 13 and the Botanical Gardens’ Art Students present Lumagination in Watercolor from January 19 through February 24. Make-It, Take-It Workshops Offered at the Botanical Gardens this Fall

Buffalo, NY - The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens offers a wide variety of programs and workshops throughout the year. Make-It, Take-It Workshops are extremely popular and some classic favorites are on the Botanical Gardens’ schedule for this fall. A Tropical Glass Terrarium Workshop will be offered on October 11, a Hypertufa Container Workshop on October 20, and two Fresh Thanksgiving Arrangement Workshops will take place November 19 and 20. Art, Horticulture and Yoga Programs to be Held at the Botanical Gardens

Buffalo, NY - The Botanical Gardens is an inspiring place to learn about art, horticulture and wellness. Beginner, Intermediate, and Studio Watercolor classes will be offered in several different sessions beginning September 4.  Horticulture Certificate Series, Horticulture I, starting September 8 and Horticulture II beginning October 27 will also be offered this fall.  Two sessions of Yoga, Gentle Hatha and Gentle Power Flow, will be offered for a fall session beginning September 12. Mum Exhibit & 4-H Farm and a BOOtanical Celebration are Planned at the Botanical Gardens

Buffalo, NY - The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens announces their partnership with the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Erie County and 4-H program to bring a great family event to the Botanical Gardens again this fall.  The Mum Exhibit & 4-H Farm will be held September 15 through October 14, daily at the Botanical Gardens. A special BOOtanical Celebration, sponsored by Wegmans, will also be included in the festival on October 13 from 10am to 4pm.The Botanical Gardens’ oldest flower exhibit is celebrating its 118th anniversary.
