September 23, 2011 The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens Society, Inc. is collaborating with D’Youville College School of Pharmacy and Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, part of Catholic Health, to create indoor and outdoor Medicinal Gardens at the Botanical Gardens. October 24, 2011 The John R. Oishei Foundation has extended a generous core improvements grant to the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens Society, Inc. in the amount of $200,000. The Botanical Gardens will use these funds to update its Strategic Plan and support the growth of educational programs and horticultural exhibit offerings. The grant funds from the John R.
