Gentle Hatha Yoga - 5:30-6:45pm
Gentle stretches to warm up joints and muscles, postures designed to increase strength, flexibility and balance, and time for relaxation and meditation. Suitable for all but especially students with injuries or limitations.

Gentle Power Flow Yoga/Pilates - 7:00-8:15pm
More vigorous featuring relaxation, warm up stretches, series of sequences including sun salutation, moon salutation and warrior and triangle and pilates postures designed to build strength, endurance, and body heat.  

Spring, Summer & Fall - $100 per 10 week series or $15 per class
Winter - $50 per 5 week series or $15 per class (dates for 2017 TBD)
