Read Before You Visit!
Before you visit the Botanical Gardens, please READ and FOLLOW our visitor guidelines.
Orange Zone-The Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens currently falls under the Orange Zone of the NY Forward Plan. We are able to remain open and operating under this zone and we are following strict safety guidelines and limiting visitor capacity to keep all of our visitors and staff as safe as possible. We will provide updates when appropriate.
E-Tickets - RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED for all visitors, including members, due to capacity limitations. Walk-ins may be turned away if capacity is surpassed. To maintain our capacity limit and the safety of both visitors and staff, we encourage visitors to limit their visit to 1-1.5 hours. Please arrive with your E-tickets ready to be scanned and have your ID available.
Masks - Masks are required at all times when visiting the Botanical Gardens.
Safety Guidelines- Once arriving at the Botanical Gardens, all visitors must follow all safety guidelines in order to maintain the safest possible environment.
TRAVEL ADVISORY - If you have traveled from outside of New York State for more than 24 hours, you must adhere to the Travel Advisory mandated by New York State. If you have not followed the quarantine and testing guidelines, you will be denied entry into the Botanical Gardens. This is to keep our staff, visitors, and their families safe.
